The Save Button

For those of you who don't like to miss out on limited-edition releases or who want to save a little bit of money on postage, I've created a save button on the website so that you can stock up on teas here and there, as and when you feel like it, without having to commit to a particular delivery date. How does it work? Well, let me tell you:
1) Visit the online shop and stock up on your loose-leaf, adding everything to your cart as you normally would. So far, so good.
2) Next, on the order summary section alter the delivery option in the drop-down menu to 'save it'.
3) You'll still pay for your order, as you usually would but not postage, which you won't have to worry about until later.
4) That's it, your order is saved!
Now, to release your saved items. You can do that in either one of the following ways. Either, let me know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by filling out the contact form at the bottom of the home page or by placing a fresh order. If you choose the latter option just be sure to let me know (preferably in the notes section of the cart page) which previous orders you want to release. In all cases, please quote every single relevant order number (should be in your emails) just for the sake of smoothness and nothing getting missed out. Got it?
As with most shiny new things I try here, there's likely something that I've overlooked, perhaps this doesn't even work at all. I'm not sure yet. This is just a nice little experiment. So, let me know what you think and if anything obvious could be better. And, well...that's it, so...
5) Get your teas!
6) Drink them!
Edit 26/6/20 - Orders made using the save button will be eligible for a refund up to 7 days, after which your items will be packed, prepared and saved especially for you. If you change your mind and you want to swap blends during this period then your perfectly entitled to request an edit to your order by emailing us or direct message on our Instagram @Arthurdoveteaco
