Customer Experience

Along with what we believe to be the best blends of loose-leaf we always aim to give the best possible customer experience at Arthur Dove Tea Co. Although it is awfully rare that something goes wrong here, we're only human, it happens. If you feel that we could have done better with something, whatever it might be (this includes refund & return requests) you can let us know either by email or by reaching out to us via direct message on our Instagram @Arthurdoveteaco (in any and all cases please be sure to quote your order number).


The Save Button

All orders made using the save button are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind during that period or you just want to swap your choices around then just let us know. After this period has ended your order will be locked in with no further alteration of the order available.


International Shipping

We're currently working on automating this and making things a little easy but in the meantime for all international shipping quotes please contact us directly via email or Instagram.
